2011, it be!

Due to various circumstances, we’re in hibernation until March … But we’ll be jaunting into the studio, and gigging, before anyone knows it ;riffier and more ‘sly old dawg’ than ever!

We’ve already been confirmed for a local Festival, and we’re awaiting confirmation on another all-day event … but we’re naturally still seeking gigs, where we can get them … So if you know of anyone that needs an experienced, fun-lovin’, hard rockin’, melodic band, to complete their bill, then please feel free to point them in our direction!

THE MARR’S BAR!!

A suspect guitar lead and various sore throats and aches and pains didn’t keep us down, last night.
The Marr’s Bar gig was a huge amount of fun … and much kudos goes to Calm Like A Riot and our buddies REINFORCED for amazing sets!

We truly felt privileged to be a part of such a storming bill!
Also, many cheers goes to those that came.
Much appreciated! 😀

Ohhhhhh yusssssss!

What an amazing time we had at The Worcester Music Festival, on Saturday, August 21st.
The basement venue at The Arts Workshop was the perfect place for some ‘oh be joyful’ … and at 6:15pm, we cranked it up, and was duly blown away with the great sound and reception afforded to us. Almost 40 minutes later, we left the stage bathed in perspiration and grinning from ear-to-ear.

What a thoroughly enjoyable set! … and with Linda Richards kindly wielding her camera (cheers, Lin!), we have some very cool pictures of the occasion, too ; all of which can be found here.

Many thanks also goes to Worcester Rock City, for giving us the opportunity to play, this year!

Hammer @ Worcester Music Festival, 2010!

The immediate future …

… sees us playing at the excellent Worcester Music Festival, on August 21st.

We have a 6:00pm-ish slot at a Worcester Rock City-organised all-dayer, at The Worcester Arts Workshop.
The said all-dayer has a great bill ; thoroughly worth an extended look and listen … and us Hammer boys, as well as being very thankful for being given the opportunity to play, are very much looking forward to giving it some ‘oh be joyful’ there!

From this date, we have two more exciting gigs lined up ; one at The Railway Hotel (Evesham), on August 28th – and one at The Marr’s Bar (Worcester), with Calm Like A Riot and our good buddies Reinforced, on October 30th!

To all this we say a hearty “Bring it on!” 😉
